Our villa is ...
just 15 mins from Angkor wat temple, east bank of the Siem Reap river, next to the Wat Po Lanka Pagoda.
We are a very small buget accomidation and we are located in afantastic destination.
Very quiet and a lot of greens. This is the perfect place to relax.
This is the perfect location to experience the beauty of cambodia temples and cambodia culture.

I am the owner...
of 13th Villa. I open my villa since 2003 I am welcome everyone who want to stay my Villa
Now, I would like to introduce my Villa.


All rooms are ...
non smoking room. but if you are smoker, Please use the smoking area.
All of the ensuite rooms have A/C and HOT SHOWER.
The not ensuite rooms(dorm) are private single room but share bath and toilet.


13th Villa Staff...
came from countryside for work. They do not have any experience when they came.
Some of them could not go to elementary school because their family are poor and have to help the parents.
13th Villa let them study launguage(English, Japanese etc) and some skils like computer , cooking.
and let them sleep at 13th Villa. They are young. around 20 years old. They stay far from their family.
After they make a lot of skils here, they can find the good job in the town. Some of them are working at big hotels or big
travel egency. 13th Villa think that this is the most important things. They can make the chance for make money, try to
improve themselves.
13th Villa want to tell you that sometimes make you unconfortable because of thier not enoght slils and educations.
but please. do not angry them. They try to understand you. They try to work.
13th Villa owner and the maneger can speek good English. So Do not worry!!


Best Restaurant...
In front of the villa we have small restaurant. You can try real cambodian food and westan food here with relaxed atmosphere.
13th villa, we are care of guests helts. we sell only the good helth food.
we are making the vegetables ourselves and use them at 13th Villa restaurant.
Vegetalian guests welcome! 13th Villa vegetables are organic
13thVilla offer the real combodian coffee at the restaurant.


good for the earth...
In Cambodia, some of local cut the tree at the forests for their business,
throw the rubbish to the river because of the low education
We have to care not only Angkor temples but also the enviroment of cambodia.
Almost guesthouse in siem reap they clean the room everyday. but 13th Villa do not
clean the room everyday If we clean the room everyday, we have to use the a lot of shampoo for clean.
The sewage goes to the river....
but If you need to clean the room or change the towel, please ask the staff,
we are happy to help you.
Also we do not have any amenities like toothbrash, shampoo
Please travel with your own toothbrash and shampoo for earth.
If you do not have, we sell some amenities at restaurant.
We use the handmade soup for wash the laundry and bedseats etc..
